Why We Chose Grade 3 for Our First Full-Year Pilot
Grade 3 serves as a bridge between early elementary socialemotional development and upper-elementary leadership development. We selected Grade 3 as our first full-year pilot because students at this age are developing greater independence, strengthening friendships, and becoming ready for deeper conversations about leadership, belonging, responsibility, and positive decision-making
